A Free Web Site Promotion Tool That I Use
The Internet is littered with free web site promotion tools and it's hard to figure out which ones work and which ones aren't worth your time. I have to admit, I usually ignore any "free web site promotion"-type tools that promise large amounts of free traffic. When I received an email from a fellow whose mailing list I'm on, he referred me to a free product that is reported to increase traffic to my website. I didn't pay much attention to it at first but thought to myself "would this guy promote this product to his readers if it weren't any good?" He's a guy whose opinion I trust so I figured this product was worth looking at because I felt he wouldn't risk his reputation promoting something that wasn't that good. The product is called Instant Buzz and you can sign up for free by clicking the banner below if you want to check it out. Otherwise please keep reading and I'll tell you more about it.
Basically, you download a free toolbar that is added to your current browser. You can use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla and get the toolbar installed very quickly. Just next to the toolbar, small text ads will appear on your browser and if you choose to click on them, you'll be taken to the website being advertised. What's the value to you? The value to you is you can add your URL to be promoted on other people's browsers so that when they click on it, they get taken to your website! Thus, you build traffic to your website. For free. You earn points for whenever you click on any of the ads that appear in your browser. As you earn more points, the more people could be exposed to your website, thus helping to increase your visitor traffic. You can choose further methods to promote Instant Buzz. You can sign up to have small ads appear on all emails you send from your email program. I use Outlook so I signed up for this option and the ads are pretty small and don't really distract I don't think, so I'm happy to have them there. When you send an email with the ad on it, you earn points. You can also choose to put some banners on as many of your website pages as you like and when someone visits one of your pages with the banner on it, you earn points. All of this is free too. There is a paid version that offers you extra features but I've stuck with the free version for now. I'd suggest checking it out to see if it's for you. I've certainly increased my website traffic and it didn't take much work or any cost on my part. Just click on this link to learn more:
